RESPONSIBILITIES: Promoting luxury cosmetic products: perfumes, skin-care and make- up, advising clients by making individualized recommendations, achieving monthly sales target, provides merchandising , check stock items and testers. 

REQUIREMENTS: experience in promoting beauty products, skills and knowledge of makeup applications, communicative, convincing and positive person, able to identify customer needs, perseverance in achieving sales targets, interest and desire for professional development in cosmetics domain, dynamic person; average knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Set objectives and sales plan for the assigned accounts considering the overall annual, quarterly & monthly targets established together with the direct manager
• Offers recommendations in terms of promo activities, assortment etc. for the assigned group of accounts.
• Involved in establishing beauty advisors’ chains targets & incentive programs
Implement the strategy in terms of promo activities, assortment etc. established by the direct manager.
• Check order and stock reports & act on it based on stock management principle and in correlation with the sales policy of the company
• Develop the relationship with the sales partners
• In charge with following & monitoring the competition; makes recommendations based on competition reports
• Seek new business opportunities for developing the existing accounts and for enlarging the number of accounts
• Understanding & Interpreting the reports
• Creating & Sustaining the monthly presentation of the performance of the assigned accounts

●Ensures the creation and implementation of planograms, in accordance with the communicated objectives, the existing stock in the store and future orders, the positioning of the shelves, the validity date, etc.
●Plans weekly visits to stores, according to the objectives agreed with the direct superior.
●Makes all the necessary steps to increase the shelf visibility of the products in the portfolio.
●Monitors the stock of the company’s products and maintains their optimal level for the assigned clients, together with the key account manager.
●Communicates to the marketing department any market opportunities regarding the visibility in the points of sale.
●Checks and optimizes the animations agreed with the partners
● Maintains a good communication with the partners.
● Monitors the activity of the competition in the market.
